Our menu changes twice daily to reflect the mood of the day and the produce we have available from our suppliers and in our vegetable garden. We have a selection of nibbles for either before your meal or to enjoy with a pint at the bar.

Our Pub Favourites

Here is a selection of our top-selling dishes and Half Moon favourites. Please understand that because our menu changes twice a day, every day, these dishes are not always on offer.

Drinks

Our wine menu is a concise list, chosen to compliment Andrew’s food. We have a selection of eight wines by the glass, well-kept Brakspear’s Ordinary Bitter on pump, Bottled Organic Oxford Gold and Weston’s Organic Cider as well as San Miguel, Carlsberg and Addlestone’s Cloudy Cider on draught.

We also make seasonal drinks such as Cuxham Elderflower Cordial, Cool Collins (fresh lemon, home grown mint and sugar syrup), Traditional Lemonade and Mulled Cider.

Sunday BBQ

Every Sunday evening throughout the cricket season, we hold a BBQ at The Half Moon. For £10 a head you can choose 2 of either - Confit Free-Range Chicken, Beef Burger, Old English Sausage or Mediterranean Vegetable Kebab with Feta and Pesto. 

Alongside the BBQ items you will be given Coleslaw, Salad Leaves, Bread, Chips and Tomato and Onion Salad. Also on offer, is a selection of puddings (priced at £5 each). The BBQ is served from 6-8 p.m.
